Musyca is operated by 67.073.647 GABRIEL HENRIQUE CORREA RIBEIRO. This page describes the terms for orders placed through the Australian storefront. It does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). The package and amount shown in Stripe Checkout are the amount you authorise. Your bank or card issuer may apply a separate international transaction or currency conversion fee. Stripe processes card details; Musyca does not store your full card number.

Personalised content

You are responsible for the accuracy of names and story details you submit and for having permission to share them. You allow Musyca and the providers it uses to process those details only as needed to create, secure, deliver and support your order. Do not submit information you do not have permission to share.

Delivery

Production begins after payment is confirmed. The order page shows the current status. We do not promise a fixed completion time. If there is a delivery or production problem, contact support so we can review the order.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under Australian law or other mandatory law. See the ACCC consumer rights and guarantees information.
