Musyca is operated from Brazil. We collect the names, email address, relationship and occasion details, story memories, musical preferences, optional gift photos, gift message, order and payment status needed to personalise, process, deliver and support your purchase.

How information is used

• To prepare the lyrics, song, artwork and private gift page you requested.
• To take payment, prevent duplicate orders, provide delivery updates and respond to support requests.
• To maintain security and improve the service. Optional analytics and Meta advertising measurement are used only when the applicable consent is given.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for payment processing, hosting and file storage, song production, email delivery and consented analytics. Stripe collects the payment details needed for Checkout. Musyca’s systems and providers may process information in Brazil and other countries, depending on the services and their infrastructure. We do not sell the story details you submit.

Retention and access

We keep order information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet record-keeping obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Consented behavioural analytics are subject to the retention period shown in our analytics configuration. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to information we must retain.
